You'll generate, manage and close a pipeline of sales opportunities within our existing Sage Intacct customer base, achieving agreed quarterly and annual margin targets. Opportunities may arise during or after implementation and will include Sage Intacct modules, licences, ISV solutions, Fusion and professional services. As the commercial owner of your customers' Sage Intacct subscription following the initial sale, you'll identify opportunities to fill "white space" within accounts, increase recurring revenue and strategically expand Sage Intacct across wider customer groups.
Working closely with our Customer Success Management team will be a critical part of your role. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders across our existing customer base, attend customer handover meetings with our New Business and Account Management teams, and work collaboratively to deliver a seamless customer experience while identifying new commercial opportunities.
You'll also work alongside our Pre-Sales team to support customer discovery, solution design, demonstrations and technical solution engineering where required, while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Sage Intacct, its functionality and the wider ISV ecosystem. Collaboration extends across the business, working with our Services Director, R&D Director and Product Manager to explore new revenue opportunities, partners and routes to market, and with our Marketing team to support customer campaigns, events and engagement activities.
You'll be responsible for providing accurate pipeline forecasts to your manager and the wider business, including Executive reporting, while working closely with Sage to contribute towards shared quarterly and annual objectives and maximise the success of our strategic partnership.
