We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Housekeepers to join our friendly team at a busy country club in Cromer.
Unlike many hospitality and housekeeping roles, this is not seasonal work. Our operation is busy throughout the year, and these are permanent, 52-week-a-year positions offering ongoing, reliable employment.
And if travelling to Cromer is a problem, we provide FREE transport from Norwich to and from work.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Cleaning and preparing guest accommodation to a high standard
- Making beds and changing linen
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and living areas
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing
- Replenishing guest supplies and amenities
- Reporting any maintenance issues
- Working as part of the housekeeping team to ensure accommodation is ready for our guests on time
What We’re Looking For
Previous housekeeping experience is useful, but it isn’t essential. We’re more interested in finding people who are reliable, hardworking and take pride in doing a good job.
You’ll ideally be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly and able to work well as part of a team
- Someone who takes pride in high standards
- Comfortable in an active, hands-on role
- Flexible to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends
- Looking for stable, permanent employment rather than seasonal work
