We are looking for an experienced PVCu Installer to join our growing team.
We manufacture all our own pvcu products in the REHAU system at our own premises in Spilsby, lincs.
A van will be provided for the successful applicant to work from with the potential of using it for transport to and from home.
Must have good communication skills for dealing with customers In a friendly helpful manner.
You will need to use your own initiative and time planning to keep jobs running on a sensible time schedule until completion.
Care and quality of the finished job is a must for each job including cleanliness, manners and all left to a high standard Including trimming and sealing etc.
All ancillary products like trims, silicone, fixtures and fittings are provided.
Pride in your work on every job is a must.
Must have minimum 5 years fitting experience in pvcu windows, doors, fascia, soffit and gutterings, composite doors.
Installation of conservatories and aluminium products is a plus but not a necessity.
Level of pay will depend upon fitting experience and reviewed after 3 months depending on customer reports and satisfaction where pay/bonus scheme can be discussed. Good rates of pay for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Installation of windows, doors, and conservatories in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project plans
- Prepare work areas by removing obstructions and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised fabrication equipment to carry out installations
- Ensure all installations are completed to high standards of quality and finish
- Collaborate with team members and clients to coordinate installation schedules and address any on-site challenges
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project
- Conduct minor repairs or adjustments as needed to achieve optimal performance of installed products
