We're recruiting a reliable and safety-focused Bendi (Flexi/Articulated) Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Fareham . This is a full-time, permanent role supporting day-to-day goods movement, accurate stock handling, and smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Bendi/Flexi (articulated) forklift safely and efficiently within a warehouse environment (often narrow-aisle).
- Load/unload vehicles and move stock to/from storage locations.
- Put-away, replenishment and picking support as required.
- Carry out daily pre-use checks on the truck and report defects promptly.
- Work with WMS/scanners (where applicable) and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring aisles and work areas are kept clean and safe.
- Follow all site procedures including H&S, manual handling and PPE requirements.
- Support general warehouse duties wrapping, picking customer orders, palletising, etc..
Required Skills & Experience
- Valid Bendi/Flexi (articulated) and counterbalance forklift licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent).
- Confident operating a Bendi in a fast-paced warehouse setting (narrow aisle experience preferred).
- Strong awareness of health & safety and safe working practices.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
Desirable

- Experience using handheld scanners/WMS systems.
- Experience in FMCG, retail distribution, or 3PL environments.
Hours & Contract
- Full-time,
- Overtime may be available during peak periods.
