Howard Court Care Home Ltd is looking for a strong Senior to join our friendly, supportive team — someone who’s ready to step straight in and make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
Safely administering medication with confidence
Completing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
Running the floor and leading shifts from day one
Working alongside healthcare professionals and external agencies
Supporting the management team with daily operations
Providing high-quality care, guidance, and reassurance to our residents
Leading by example and supporting the wider care team
What We’re Looking For
A skilled, experienced Senior Care Worker who can hit the ground running
Strong knowledge of medication, care planning, and risk assessments
Confident leading shifts and supporting staff
A calm, caring, and professional approach
