Warehouse Controller (Goods In) – Europe Snacks
Supply Chain | Reporting to the Warehouse Manager
Europe Snacks is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Controller to lead goods-in operations and drive standards across our busy FMCG production site. You'll take ownership of stock accuracy, material handling and warehouse efficiency, playing a key role in supporting our ambitious growth plans.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and balancing general inventory, ensuring stock movements follow correct procedure and systems stay up to date
- Overseeing receipt, storage and safety of incoming goods
- Monitoring stock life, usage and levels, reporting issues promptly
- Supporting stock takes and regular checks
- Ensuring orders are dispatched on time, in full and to the right quality standard
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and housekeeping across the warehouse
- Motivating and directing the warehouse team with a hands-on leadership style
- Producing daily and weekly stock movement reports, flagging slow-moving stock or shortages
What we're looking for:
- Inventory management experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data from multiple sources
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with MRP/ERP/WMS/TMS systems (SAP B1 desirable)
- Forklift experience
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Up to 5 years' relevant experience, or equivalent training
Pay: £15.00-£16.50 per hour
