To apply for this position you need a positive and warm hospitality skills. At least three years leadership/management experience and relevant certificates are required. References from previous employers will also be needed.
Listed below is a sample of the role requirements:
- Support your team through service - setting an example, training and motivating.
- Look after all customers - generating great reviews and handling complaints effectively.
- Be the GM’s right hand person - allow them to focus on aspects of their role with the confidence that you can deliver an excellent service in the restaurant.
- You should have previous hospitality experience and experience managing fast service and a large team.
- You will need to be a problem solver and proactive- initiative is essential!
- 45 hours a week- including weekends.
