Job Description
The Tube & Bracket Company - Trilogiq UK is seeking Production Associate to join our team in Norton Canes. This position is responsible for assembling and packaging products in a manner that meets company standards, while maintaining safety and quality control.
Essential Functions:
- Assembles products by following assembly instructions, part numbers, and safety guidelines. Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Package finished products according to company standards, while maintaining quality control. Maintains a clean work area.
- Must be able to read assembly parts and parts numbers.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions for product assembly.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Works closely with other team members and supervisors/managers.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
Requirements:
- English & Maths GCSE preferred; or equivalent experience of (3) three to (5) years with a stable work history.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities including time management, team work, and safety standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively using written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to use basic power & hand tools, including Impact drivers, drills, wrenches, screwdrivers etc
- Mechanically minded & take pride in their work.
