We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts/ Service Advisor to join our team based in Accrington.
Joining our team as a parts & service Advisor, your main task will be Identifying & sourcing parts for workshop. Booking vehicles in & out and creating job cards
You will need:
- Good commercial vehicle knowledge
- Truck & Trailer parts experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge of parts systems
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories
- Organise and track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Excellent communication/customer service skills
- Computer literacy
- Strong accuracy and numeracy skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
