About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating service appointments and supporting the day-to-day running of our service operations. A friendly, helpful manner and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate service appointments with customers
- Communicate with field service technicians to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Complete administrative tasks, including invoicing and record-keeping
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate service records using company systems
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Language:
- English (required)
- Welsh (preferred)
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends. Overtime may be available.
- Location: Llay, Wrexham LL12 0PB – Must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting (required).
