The Role
This is a varied, fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do. You will work closely with landlords, vendors, tenants, buyers, contractors and colleagues, so being confident, professional and approachable is essential.
You will need to be highly organised, able to prioritise your workload and confident using your own initiative. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, enjoys being part of a team and is motivated to achieve both personal and company goals.
Your Responsibilities
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Carrying out property viewings for sales and lettings
- Conducting property inspections and check-outs
- Completing inventories and property reports
- Assisting with property maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Uploading and managing property listings across marketing platforms
- Taking enquiries and bookings by telephone and email
- Managing your diary and prioritising appointments
- Supporting the tenant move-in process
- Building strong relationships with landlords, vendors, tenants, buyers and contractors
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
- Working collaboratively with the wider team
- Supporting general office administration and day-to-day agency operations

Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
