About the role
We are currently looking for a Site Production Execution Coordinator to join our team in Skelmersdale. As the key connection between Supply Planning and Manufacturing, you will ensure the smooth execution of production plans, coordinate stakeholders across the business and help resolve operational challenges. This is a highly collaborative role with a strong focus on service, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Act as single point of contact of the Supply Planning Team supporting the feasibility of the supply plans.
Own the Site Operating Agreement and ensure its knowledge into the SP organization.
Be the process owner of the Site Schedule Adherence, coordinating actions with Manufacturing and SP organizations.
Support the Site Service Level Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and actions planning.
Ensure that all manufacturing elements that have impacts on supply planning are effectively communicated to SP Team (e.g. maintenance plans, projects, trials, training).
Ensure adherence to Production Execution key processes (e.g. stock accuracy for materials and mother reels).
Support the monthly routing analysis process (deviation demonstrated machine efficiency (ME) vs. planned ME).
Collaborate with the Supply Planning Team to manage an effective Phase-In-Phase-Out (PIPO) process.
Manages agreed site specific Materials & Replenishment to-be model exceptions.
Responsible to prioritize the execution of the schedule and manage the Materials & Replenishment changes required in case circumstances in the Site require a change to the schedule outside of the SP Team working hours.
Work closely with the SP Team and the Market/Site Supply Manager to enable an effective link with local Manufacturing Team.
Support the continuous improvement activities in the Site for the Production Execution agility journey (e.g. Economical Production Quantity (EPQ) and Days Before Next Run (DBNR) analysis).
Work closely with the SP Team to develop required contingency plans and ensure effective execution.
Support Initiative department on raw materials & packaging rationalization projects.

Continuously looking for ways to improve processes, performance and efficiency
Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Previous experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Scheduling or Logistics would be a strong advantage
Experience with SAP or another ERP system, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field, would be an advantage
