About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator to join the Keystone Lintels team, where you will provide proactive administrative and sales support to the External Sales Team. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in managing customer enquiries, sales leads, quotations and live projects, while maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating appointments and tracking project progress. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual with strong administrative skills and experience in fast-paced sales support.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide proactive administrative and sales support to the External Sales Team.
- Manage customer enquiries professionally via telephone, email and face-to-face communication.
- Chase sales leads, quotations and live projects to obtain project information, monitor progress and maximise conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer interactions, project updates, sales activity and follow-up actions.
- Liaise closely with External Sales Representatives to coordinate appointments, customer visits and ongoing sales activity.
- Monitor outstanding quotations and provide forward planning information on project pipelines and expected order dates.
- Identify and research new business opportunities, including lapsed customers and other lead generation sources.
- Provide effective customer support and respond to enquiries with enhanced product knowledge.
- Prepare sales reports, customer review information and provide feedback on lost sales opportunities to support business performance.
What you’ll need to succeed
Success in this role comes from being organised, proactive and customer focused. You’ll have previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, along with excellent communication skills. You’ll also have strong attention to detail, a problem-solving approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
You will also demonstrate:
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
What we’re looking for
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths.
- Administrative qualifications are advantageous.
