Responsibilities
- Engage with customers proactively to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while delivering outstanding service
- Utilize IT systems to process transactions accurately and update customer records promptly
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to build rapport and foster trust with diverse customers
- Organize your daily tasks efficiently, managing time effectively to meet sales targets and service standards.
- Proven experience in customer service and Sales to consumer
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence positively
- Valid driving license is desirable for roles involving travel or on-site visits
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with IT systems and basic organizational tools for efficient workflow management
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy setting
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and product knowledge is advantageous
- This role involves light manual handling of products and showroom items, candidates must be comfortable undertaking reasonable manual lifting as required. The appropriate training and safe working practices provided.
