We're looking for a reliable, personable and professional Self-Employed Letting Negotiator to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, has excellent communication skills, and is looking for flexible work that fits around other commitments.
The Role
You'll be responsible for conducting property viewings for prospective tenants, representing our business professionally, and providing a positive experience for applicants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accompanied viewings of residential rental properties.
- Meet prospective tenants at agreed appointment times.
- Answer basic questions about the properties and local area.
- Provide feedback following viewings.
- Report any issues noticed at the properties.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident, friendly and well presented.
- Organised, reliable and punctual.
- Able to work independently.
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle preferred.
- Previous experience in lettings, estate agency or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided.
