Responsibilities:
- Work in busy tax department, report directly to head of tax.
- Prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Conduct research on various tax issues and provide guidance to clients
- Review financial statements and accounting records to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Analyze financial data to identify areas for potential tax savings or improvements
Experience:
- Accountancy qualification and ideally tax qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in practice
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ideally 3 days a week but scope to do more.
