About the Role:
- Support individuals and small groups in class with interventions across the STEM subjects – roles available across the school from EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Deliver high-quality teaching alongside classroom teachers
- Collaborate with teachers and the inclusion team to drive progress
- Take part in school life and help shape an inclusive, inspiring learning environment
- Great fit for future educators – many Teaching Assistants go on to train as teachers through the school
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a 2:1 or above from a reputable university
- Strong in English and Maths
- Previous experience working with children (in school or tutoring)
- Experience with SEND including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and general learning needs
- Passionate about education, with high expectations and a growth mindset
- Confident, compassionate, and ready to hit the ground running
