You’ll ideally have experience in a busy, fast-paced restaurant, with strong communication and service skills, and a real team-first mentality. You’re someone who can read the room, create memorable moments, and bring positive energy to every interaction. If you have some cocktail or wine knowledge—great. If not, we’ll teach you. What matters most is your attitude, your attention to detail, and your commitment to delivering consistently excellent guest experiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating memorable, personal experiences for every guest who walks through the door
Delivering confident, efficient service during high-volume shifts
Supporting your teammates across the floor, bar, and pass to keep service running smoothly
Talking confidently about food and drinks, and offering thoughtful recommendations
Maintaining an eye for detail, whether it’s table settings, pacing of service, or reading a guest’s mood
Staying curious and engaged, learning about new menu items, wines, and cocktails
Representing the Parallel vibe: warm, sharp, and effortlessly attentive
