We now have an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist to join our Spa team.
As a Spa Therapist you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring satisfaction, repeat visits, and high spa occupancy.

Provide detailed information on spa packages, promotions, and products to drive sales and meet or exceed performance targets.

Conduct guest consultations to understand needs, recommend suitable treatments, and advise on contraindications or medical concerns.

Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients and potential allergens.

Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, clean, and sanitised before and after each service.

Follow correct towel usage, laundry, and waste disposal procedures in line with hotel policies.

Monitor stock levels and promptly inform the Spa Manager of low supplies.

Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and security of all spa areas, equipment, and storerooms.
