You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs to live independently and confidently.
- £12.71–£13.20 per hour (depending on experience/qualifications)
- Paid mileage & travel time
- Full training provided – no experience needed
- Flexible shifts across 5 days (including some evenings & weekends)
- No night shifts!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building meaningful relationships and supporting individuals to live life their way
- Helping with daily living tasks and personal care (where required)
- Supporting people to access the community, activities, and appointments
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills
- Creating positive, engaging experiences every day
