Part-Time Architectural CAD Operator
Location: Wood Green, London
We are looking for a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic Architectural CAD Operator to join our architectural practice on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a busy and supportive architectural environment.
Hours
* Office-based
* Monday to Friday
* 4 hours per day
* Initial 3-month contract, with the opportunity to become permanent. Working hours may increase and the role could develop into a full-time or hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare architectural, planning and Building Regulations drawings using AutoCAD.
* Assist with planning and Building Regulations submissions.
* Carry out measured building surveys and prepare existing drawings.
* Respond to client enquiries.
* Liaise with local authorities, Building Control and other consultants.
* Follow up planning and Building Regulations applications.
* Maintain project records, application schedules and drawing registers.
Requirements
* Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
* Previous experience within a UK architectural practice is preferred.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Knowledge of 3D modelling software is preferred but not essential.
