Salary: £40,000–£48,000 FTE (dependent on experience)

Location: Bristol & South Wales (Home-Based with Travel)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading Occupational Health provider on a permanent, part-time basis.

The role is primarily home-based, with travel to client sites across Bristol and South Wales within an agreed geographical area.
Key Responsibilities
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will:
- Deliver high-quality occupational health case management services
- Conduct health surveillance assessments
- Support workplace health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
- Provide expert occupational health advice to employees and managers
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical records
- Work independently while collaborating with the wider Occupational Health team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration
- Previous Occupational Health experience
- Strong case management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied workload
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region
