Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Assistant to join our team at Third Eye Installation Systems Ltd. We are based in Whetstone, North London and the role is full time and office based. The role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience, excellent computer and typing skills, and a professional attitude. Responsibilities
- Answering, directing and dealing with phone calls with professional etiquette
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence via email to the point of resolution
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records using a CRM system
- Organising files, documents, and invoices to ensure efficient workflow
- Calendar management for engineers and site surveyors, assisting with scheduling appointments for customers
- Preparing documentation as required
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as diary management, ordering of stock and general office duties
Skills
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience of using a CRM system desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong typing skills for data entry and document preparation
- Good phone etiquette and clear communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
