BZ SecuritySolutions Ltd, is a professional security provider. We are currently recruiting reliable, professional, and customer-focused SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to join our team for venues in Manchester.
Shifts & Hours:
- Hours: Mainly Friday and Saturday nights
Job Type: Part-time,
- Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (Dependent on experience).
What You Will Do:
- First Point of Contact: Greet venue guests politely, check IDs, and enforce dress codes/capacity limits.
- Crowd & Safety Monitoring: Monitor queues, bars, and dance floors to spot and diffuse potential issues early.
- De-escalation: Handle verbal and physical conflict professionally, using physical intervention strictly as a last resort.
- Reporting: Document any venue ejections, refused entries, or incidents before finishing your shift.
- What You Must Have (Mandatory):SIA Licence: A valid, active SIA Frontline Door Supervisor Licence. First Aid: A valid First Aid certificate (EFAW or higher, required for your SIA licence).Right to Work: Proof of your right to work in the UK .Background Check: You must be willing to undergo a 5-year vetting check (employment/education history) in line with British Standard BS 7858.
