HR Business Partner
Near Worthing | Full Time | Permanent | £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Hybrid working with regular travel to additional sites within the southeast.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and strategic HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation and work closely with their established HR team to create proactive, tailored HR strategies to help them achieve their business goals.
The role is requiring a commercially minded candidate who will actively look for opportunities to support new business growth and drive revenue generation.
Role Duties:
- Work closely with senior leadership teams to align people strategies and overall business goals
- Build trusted relationships with Senior Leaders.
- Coach and support leaders on a variety of HR related topics.
- Apply a commercial approach to HR to support business goals and profitability.
- Ensure HR initiatives are embraced and embedded across the business
- Deep understanding of employee engagement to enhance organisation culture and employee performance.
- Use HR data and metrics to create strategies and influence and guide Senior Leaders to decisions.
- Lead on change management.
- Handle complex ER cases.
- Lead and support on a variety of HR projects and initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- CIPD Level 7 or extensive work experience considered.
- Strong Senior level HR experience both strategically and operationally.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Strong presentation skills both in terms of design and also delivery
- Ability to flex communication style according to listener / audience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR legal requirements and best practices.
- Commercial, pragmatic, possesses business acumen
