Customer Experience Executive
Salary: £27,500 per annum + performance bonus of up to £4,ooo per year

We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our friendly and collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, supporting customer accounts and working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive a professional, efficient and positive service at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and proactively identify their needs.
- Process customer orders, quotations and payments accurately.
- Set customers up on the online portal and provide ongoing support with online orders and accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Accurately record customer interactions and telephone conversations within SAP.
- Manage back orders, update part codes and carry out regular order housekeeping.
- Take ownership of customer queries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Handle aftersales and warranty enquiries in line with company procedures.
- Liaise with internal departments, including Despatch and Accounts, to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Support the Customer Service Manager and wider team in achieving KPIs and departmental targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organised and genuinely passionate about customer service.
You will ideally have experience in a customer service, customer experience, sales support, account management or similar role.

- SAP experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
