Job Summary:
Richardson Clyde Business Services Ltd. is seeking an Operational Compliance Supervisor to support consistent working standards across our business services. This position combines operational oversight, compliance coordination, and practical process support, making it suitable for someone who enjoys reviewing how work is performed and helping teams maintain clear and reliable practices.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate operational compliance activities across assigned business functions
- Review working practices against internal procedures and service requirements
- Maintain compliance records, trackers, and supporting documentation
- Carry out routine reviews to identify gaps or areas requiring attention
- Coordinate follow-up actions with relevant teams
- Monitor outstanding compliance actions through to completion
- Support updates to internal procedures and operational guidance
- Prepare concise compliance and operational status reports
- Assist teams with questions about established processes and requirements
- Support internal reviews and preparation for external assessments when required
- Highlight recurring issues and recommend practical improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in compliance, business operations, administration, quality, risk, audit support, or a related area
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to review information and identify practical issues
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, documents, and standard business software
- Ability to coordinate actions across different teams
- Professional and collaborative approach to sensitive business information
- Previous supervisory or compliance experience is helpful but not essential
- Relevant qualifications or transferable professional experience will be considered
