Summary of Main Responsibilities and Activities
- This is a senior role with responsibility for managing Residents day to day care
- Ensuring care plans are up to date and accurately reflect Residents needs
- Reviewing daily notes to ensure accuracy and quality is maintained
- Providing support to the homes Registered Manager as required in managing clinical issues and complaints
- Advising on all aspects of the Homes care approaches
- Willingness to step in and support all areas of the floor as and when requied
- To be responsible for the ordering and signing in medication following the home policy
Skills/Experience
- The successful candidate will have significant experience in residential care planning.
- Medication trained
