We are seeking an experienced HR Partner to provide high quality HR support and advice across a fast paced operational environment. Working closely with operational managers and key stakeholders, you will build trusted relationships, coach and support managers, provide practical employee relations advice and contribute to wider people initiatives across the business.
This role is offering an on-site working contract at our Tamworth site with the potential of 1 day per week working from home, therefore candidates should be within a commutable distance.
The successful candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, with up to date employment law and employee relations knowledge and experience working in an operational environment such as FMCG, foodservice, warehousing, distribution, logistics, manufacturing or a similar setting. Experience working within a unionised environment would be desirable, alongside the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience coaching and supporting managers, with strong relationship building, stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. You will be commercially aware, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities, with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience supporting talent, engagement, performance and change initiatives would be advantageous.
Ideally, you will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or be working towards it, although relevant HR experience, particularly within an operational environment, is essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strong operational background to develop their business partnering skills and make a real impact across employee relations, engagement, retention, performance, development and organisational change.
