Marcliffe Hotel & Spa is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie – Banqueting to join our professional kitchen team.
Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food for weddings, conferences, private dining, and a variety of prestigious events. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Prepare and present high-quality dishes for banqueting and events.
Take ownership of your designated section during preparation and service.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained.
Support the senior chefs with menu preparation and event service.
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and reducing food waste.
Mentor and support junior members of the kitchen team.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within a hotel or banqueting operation.
Passion for producing outstanding food.
Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
