We’re recruiting part-time Event Crew Members to work on our street food trucks at festivals, markets, private functions and major events across Lincolnshire and the wider UK.
This is a varied, hands-on hospitality role where no two events are quite the same. Whether you already have experience in catering, hospitality, festivals, food trucks, retail or customer service - or you’re looking for your first opportunity - we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on the event and your allocated station, you may be:
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, efficient service
- Taking orders and processing card or cash payments
- Preparing, cooking, assembling and serving street food
- Working across front of house, the till, food preparation, fryers and service pass
- Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control
- Replenishing ingredients, packaging and service supplies
- Following food hygiene, allergen, health and safety procedures
- Keeping the food truck and customer areas clean and organised
- Supporting event set-up, equipment loading and pack-down
- Communicating with the team during busy service periods
- Representing our brands positively and professionally

Experience in street food, event catering, restaurants, kitchens, bars, festivals, retail or customer service is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided to the right candidates.
Travel and Event Life
Lincoln is our main recruitment location. We welcome applications from Lincoln and surrounding areas, including Gainsborough, Market Rasen, Louth, Horncastle, Sleaford, Newark, Grantham and the wider Lincolnshire and East Midlands region.
You must be able to travel to agreed meeting points or directly to event locations. A driving licence and access to your own transport are helpful but not essential for every shift, as car-sharing or transport from an agreed meeting point may sometimes be available.
Selected multi-day events may include staff camping and shared festival facilities. These events can offer a fully immersive experience, with potential downtime to enjoy the event where working schedules and operational requirements allow.
Street food and festival work is fun, but it can also involve long shifts, changing weather, standing for extended periods, lifting, cleaning and equipment pack-down. You’ll need to remain positive, professional and focused during busy services.
Pay
Pay is up to £13.00 per hour, depending on age, experience and shift responsibilities, plus tips where applicable.
All team members will receive at least the statutory National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage applicable to their age. Rates will be reviewed in line with statutory changes.
