At The Secret Spa, we're much more than a busy salon. We're a beautiful, tranquil spa where our clients come to escape from everyday life, and we're passionate about giving them an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
We're looking for a warm, friendly and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our lovely team.
We're particularly interested in therapists who are confident in facials, intimate waxing and massage, but you don't need to be trained in every treatment we offer. If you're the right person for our team, we'll provide and pay for your additional training.
THE TREATMENTS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're particularly looking for someone who is confident and experienced in some or all of the following:
- Facials – with a genuine passion for skincare and achieving great results
- Intimate waxing – including body and Hollywood waxing
- Body waxing
- Massage – particularly Aromatherapy, Hot Stone and Deep Tissue
Additional skills are a bonus, but not essential:
- Tinting, lash lifts & brows
- Advanced pedicures
- Advanced facial treatments
We offer a wide range of advanced facial treatments including Microneedling, Hydrafacial, Dermaplane, Peels and more.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Don't have all of the treatments we offer? That's absolutely fine.
If you're the right person for our team, we will provide fully paid training to help you develop your skills and expand your treatment portfolio.
Training available includes:

- Elemis Body Massage
- Elemis Pregnancy Massage
- Lycon Intimate Waxing
- Japanese Head Spa
- Hydrafacial
- Dermaplane

We're looking for someone who wants to stay, grow and become part of The Secret Spa family.
REQUIREMENTS
- Level 2 & 3 Beauty / Spa Therapy qualification
- Additional qualifications and training will strengthen your application
- Level 4 Facial qualification is desirable
- Minimum 2 years' solid experience working within a salon or spa
- Confident and skilled in the treatments you offer
- Able to recognise common skin conditions/problems and advise clients appropriately
- Professional, friendly and well-presented
- Reliable and committed to providing an excellent client experience
- Able to provide at least two professional references from previous employment
WORKING PATTERN
4 days per week
Exact working days and hours will be discussed during the interview.
