With a strong reputation for integrity, professionalism, and client care, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Senior Property Manager to lead and grow a portfolio. Our portfolios are geographically spread from London to West & East Sussex, Kent & Surrey. Depending on your location, a portfolio shuffle would take place to make a region for you.
The Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and estates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and client satisfaction. You’ll be the key point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, contractors, and internal teams, delivering proactive and responsive management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of leasehold management are handled efficiently.
- Lead site inspections, oversee maintenance works, and ensure health & safety compliance.
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets and financial reporting.
- Build strong relationships with clients, residents, and contractors.
- Handle complex leaseholder queries and disputes with professionalism and care.
- Support team members and contribute to strategic improvements.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in residential block management (minimum 3–5 years).
- Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and service charge accounting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- MTPI qualification (or working towards) – ATPI essential.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence (site visits required).

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
