The Role
We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in supporting residents to live as independently and comfortably as possible while delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting residents living with dementia in a respectful and understanding manner
- Assisting with mobility, positioning, and safe moving & handling
- Delivering compassionate end-of-life care alongside the wider care team
- Supporting residents with nutrition, hydration, and mealtimes
- Promoting independence, choice, and dignity at all times
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
- Maintaining accurate care records
About You
- A caring and empathetic nature is essential
- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Understanding of dementia care or willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to high standards of care

Pay: £12.90-£13.30 per hour
Experience:
- Care home: 1 year (preferred)
