Job Summary
Are you a passionate and experienced Food and Beverage professional looking to lead in a dynamic hotel environment? We are seeking an accomplished Food and Beverage Manager to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences through our dining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, banqueting, and room service.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and satisfaction by maintaining high standards of quality, service, and presentation.
- Manage, train, and motivate F&B staff to uphold service excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality software.
- Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development.
