Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and run service at our 16 seat restaurant, Cicely by Adam Banks, due to open Summer 2026. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, wine and the hospitality industry. Though this role requires previous supervisory experience and wine knowledge, it's a small team and the right person is more important than your qualifications.
Duties
- Manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant and run the floor during service, ensuring outstanding levels of customer service
- Collaborate with Restaurant Owner to organise the wine list, including ordering, tastings & writing the list
- Organise staff rotas, delegate tasks and monitor team performance
- Taking guest reservations
- Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards across all departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
Experience
- WSET Level 2
- Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
