96 Degrees Barista – Full-Time & Part-Time
Location: Spelthorne Community Tennis Centre, Fordbridge Park, Ashford, TW15 3SJ
Full-Time: 20+ hours per week
Part-Time: 8–20 hours per week
Pay: £12.75 per hour (Age 21+) / £10.90 per hour (Age 18–20)
Flexible Hours: We can offer flexible shifts to suit availability, including school-hours shifts where possible.
About Us
96 Degrees is a friendly, independent coffee shop in the lovely setting of Fordbridge Park, based within the characterful Spelthorne Community Tennis Centre.
We pride ourselves on serving great coffee and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We have previously been awarded No. 1 Coffee Shop in Ashford and were also nominated in the National Business Awards.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Full-Time and Part-Time Baristas to join our small, friendly team.
This is a customer-facing role in a busy coffee shop, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service and is comfortable working at pace during busy periods.
Your role will include preparing and serving coffee and other drinks, providing friendly customer service, taking orders and payments, keeping the coffee shop clean and welcoming, and working closely with the rest of the team.
What We’re Looking For
Previous barista and customer service experience is essential.
