Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser
OTE: £100,000 - £140,000+

Led by an experienced leadership team, the business specialises in residential mortgages, remortgages, buy-to-let, and protection, delivering tailored advice to a wide range of clients.
With a close-knit team of advisers and dedicated admin support, they offer a “business in a box” model providing leads, marketing, and operational support to help advisers maximise earnings and focus on client relationships.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for ambitious Mortgage and Protection Advisers seeking the flexibility of self-employment, with the backing of a supportive and well-established firm.

Working Arrangements:
- Standard office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Self-employed advisors have flexibility in their working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client availability
Desired Experience:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, driven, and client-focused, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
- Minimum 12-18 months’ experience as a mortgage adviser
- CAS – Competent Adviser Status
- Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proactive, organised, and commercially aware
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Advise clients on mortgages and protection products
- Manage cases from enquiry through to completion
- Work with company-provided and self-generated leads
- Liaise with lenders, insurers, and clients to ensure smooth case progression (supported by admin team)
- Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations
- Keep up to date with mortgage products, regulations, and market trends
- Maintain strong client and introducer relationships
