Hours: Monday to Friday | Rotating Shifts (7:00am–4:00pm / 10:00am–7:00pm)

We're recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join an established team of engineers at a high-profile office building in the heart of Central London. This is a busy, client-facing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and takes a proactive approach to maintenance.
The Role
As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive electrical maintenance
- Fault finding and repairing electrical systems and building services equipment
- Maintaining lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution and small power
- Supporting with basic mechanical and general maintenance tasks where required
- Completing maintenance records and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
- Providing excellent customer service while working in a busy commercial environment
- Working as part of a team of six engineers to maintain a prestigious office building
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Electrician, Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Commercial Electrician
- Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Proactive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
