Wadswick Green is a vibrant independent retirement village development of luxury homes for the over 60s in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside just outside Bath. The Pavilion is at the heart of the village housing Village Services, pool, spa, gym, and the Greenhouse restaurant and bar, serving both our owners and visitors.

As a Kitchen Assistant you will support the kitchen team to serve delicious, well-balanced and nutritious meals that our owners and guests will love

Responsibilities
Kitchen Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to
- washing pots and pans,
- keeping floors clean,
- sanitising food preparation areas and ensuring food is stocked up in all areas
- checking and replenishing stock
- help with unloading and putting away deliveries.
- Undertake food preparation, to support Kitchen brigade
Skills and Experience:
- Be happy to interact and communicate with owners and guests
- Can do attitude
- Positive and approachable manner
- Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience of working in a busy kitchen
Hours and any other restrictions:
This is a casual position covering shifts that typically run from 11.00am to 4.00pm weekdays with occasional evenings and weekend shifts, although shift times can vary. Ideally we would like cover from 12 noon to 9pm Saturdays and 10am to 5pm Sundays but we can offer some flexibility for the right candidate.
