Our Redditch site is the company's National Distribution Hub and plays a vital role in supporting depots across the UK. We are looking for hardworking, reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team.
This is a busy warehouse environment where reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.
The Role
Working as part of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring stock is received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Duties will include:
- Picking and packing customer orders.
- Loading and unloading vehicles.
- Receiving and checking inbound deliveries.
- Stock put-away and replenishment.
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation.
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory tasks.
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
- Working safely and following company procedures at all times.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for people who:
- Have previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential).
- Are reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
- Can work accurately whilst maintaining pace.
- Are physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Are willing to learn and develop within the business.
