i24 Group is an international business group operating a range of service businesses across the UK and overseas. Our Birmingham branch is one of our key UK operational hubs, providing mail handling, e-commerce returns processing, order fulfilment, and retail postal and packaging services.
We're looking for a Branch Supervisor to take ownership of our Birmingham branch.
About the Role
This is a management role with real responsibility, but it's also a hands-on one.
You'll be responsible for the overall running of the Birmingham branch, ensuring everything operates efficiently, accurately and in line with our operating procedures. You'll lead a small team, communicate with clients, oversee daily operations and report directly to our UK Operations Manager.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your day behind a desk. We're looking for someone who leads from the front, enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation and takes pride in running a well-organised branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Birmingham branch.
- Manage, support and motivate a small team.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Oversee our mail handling, product returns and order fulfilment operations.
- Ensure client billing and administration are completed accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service to both business clients and retail customers.
- Deal with client enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
- Ensure the branch operates safely, efficiently and compliantly.
- Monitor standards, solve problems and continuously look for improvements.
- Act as the site's key holder.
- Report directly to the UK Operations Manager.
The Type of Person We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys responsibility and takes genuine pride in running a tight, well-organised operation.
You'll be confident making decisions, naturally organised and have exceptional attention to detail. You'll notice the little things, maintain high standards and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Just as importantly, you're hands-on.
Some days are busier than others, and when there's a large volume of mail, returns or fulfilment work to get through, you'll be happy to jump in alongside the team. You're not someone who manages from the sidelines - you lead by example and have a positive, can-do attitude.
You'll enjoy variety, be comfortable switching between managing staff, speaking with clients, helping customers in the retail store and supporting the operational side of the business whenever required.
You'll Ideally Have
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Experience managing a retail store, branch, office, warehouse or similar operation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- A proactive, dependable and professional approach.
- The confidence to work independently and take ownership of the branch.

Pay: From £20,000.00 per year
