Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Fire Stopping / Remedial Joiner to join our growing team.
This role combines the installation and maintenance of passive fire protection systems with high-quality remedial joinery work across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and public sector projects.
The successful candidate will have experience in both fire stopping and joinery, with a strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and compliance with industry standards.
Install and maintain passive fire protection systems, including:
Fire batt and mastic, Fire collars and wraps, Fire-rated sealants ,Linear gap seals , Service penetration sealing , carry out remedial joinery works, including:, Fire door repairs and upgrades , Door frame repairs
General carpentry and finishing works
Essential requirements
Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in carpentry and joinery
FIRAS, passive fire protection training
Full UK Driving License
Right to work in the UK
Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
