As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and commercially minded Level 2/3 Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and ambitious team.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing luxury salon with an established client base and an excellent local reputation.
You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments, building your own loyal client base and contributing to the continued success and growth of Collective Beauty.
Essential Skills
Applicants must be confident and competent in the following treatments:
- BIAB Manicures
- Gel Manicures
- Gel Pedicures
- Luxury Pedicures
- Intimate Waxing (Hollywood & Brazilian)
- Facial Waxing
- Brow Wax & Tint
- Lash Lift
- Facials
- Massage
Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Deliver exceptional beauty treatments to the highest professional standard.
- Provide a luxury client experience through outstanding consultation, treatment and aftercare.
- Confidently recommend suitable retail products, treatment upgrades and future appointments.
- Rebook clients and help build a loyal returning client base.
- Take ownership of your diary and work towards agreed daily, weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate client consultation records and treatment notes.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the salon.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Level 2/3 Beauty Therapy qualified.
- Passionate about the beauty industry.
- Friendly, professional and well presented.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Commercially minded with excellent customer service skills.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Motivated, reliable and proactive.
- Keen to continue learning and developing professionally.
Experience Required
This is not an entry-level or trainee position.
Applicants must already be confident and competent in the core treatments listed within this advert and be able to work independently to a high professional standard from day one.
Collective Beauty is committed to ongoing professional development and will support therapists in expanding their skills through advanced treatments and continued learning. Training in the core services required for this role will not be provided.

- Weekend availability: Essential.
- Late evenings: Required in line with the salon rota.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
