About Your Program
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
Employee Lifecycle Support: Support HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, employee data changes, offboarding, and leave management.
Visa & Work Permit Support: Assist with employee visa, work permit, and right-to-work related processes, including document collection, status tracking, and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
HR Operations & Systems Support: Maintain and update employee information in HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing of HR requests.
Employee Inquiry Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries on HR processes, policies, documentation, and general HR administration, escalating complex cases when required.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with HR teams, employees, managers, and other stakeholders to support efficient HR service delivery and ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
About You
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field.
Fluent in English, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Mandarin is strongly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable working with HR systems and handling employee data.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks accurately.
Fast learner, proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a cross-cultural and collaborative environment.
