I’m working with an independent training provider looking for a Plumbing & Gas Tutor / Trainer to join their team at a brand-new training centre near Cleckheaton.
They’re open to
experienced trainers or qualified engineers looking to move off the tools, with full support available for teaching and assessing qualifications.
The role
- Deliver practical and classroom-based training to apprentices and adult learners
- Cover domestic gas, plumbing and heating systems, smart meters, heat pumps and energy-efficient technologies
- Deliver commercial short courses including ACS, renewals and upskilling
- Support apprentices throughout their training and progression
What they’re looking for
- Strong plumbing and gas background, domestic or commercial
- Relevant industry qualifications and experience
- Confident communicator who enjoys developing others
- Teaching or assessing experience beneficial but not essential
- Equally open to experienced engineers looking for their first training role
