Like the title says we're looking for a charismatic and energetic personality to add to our team.
We operate a drinks focussed café / bar. An appreciation for coffee and/or cocktails is always appreciated. Personality matters, so we want someone we want to work with week after week and who regular customers want to get to know well.
You'll be making drinks and serving customers. We are open seven days a week, currently from 12:00 but looking at earlier on certain days.
Shift lengths are around 8hrs and we prioritise staff welfare when it comes to rota making and when it comes to providing sufficient shift lengths.
You'll be on your feet for long periods during opening hours so please consider this before applying.
We're looking for the right fit so if it's full time/part time you're looking for we'd be happy to work with whichever.
Pay quoted is inclusive of service charge but exclusive of tips.
We have a relatively tight knit team, with ages from 22-30, plus our one forty something.
Experience of either barista work or bar work is appreciated but we're happy to teach you the ropes.
