Who Is Our Client?
Our client is a growing sales and marketing company based in Leicester. They represent established brands through face-to-face residential campaigns, creating positive customer experiences through direct, personal interaction.
Due to continued growth, they're looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join their team as Entry-Level Sales Assistants.
With no previous experience required, full training provided and ongoing opportunities to develop your skills, this could be a great opportunity if you're looking to start something new and gain experience within sales and customer service.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Attend morning briefings at the Leicester office for training, coaching and goal setting
- Represent established brands across residential campaigns throughout Leicester
- Meet and engage with new customers, explain services and assist with sign-ups
- Work towards individual and team goals while developing your sales and communication skills
- Return to the office to complete relevant admin and review the day's results
Who Should Apply?
No previous sales experience is required. Our client provides training and ongoing support from the start, so they're looking for individuals with a great attitude, strong people skills and a willingness to learn.
- Availability: Seeking individuals with full-time equivalent availability
- Location: Based in or able to commute to the Leicester office daily
- Attitude: Positive, motivated and willing to learn new skills
- Confidence: Friendly and comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face
- Background: Experience in hospitality (waiting staff/bar staff), retail, customer service or other customer-facing roles is welcomed but not required

Please Note:
Successful applicants will work directly with our client on a subcontracted basis with earnings being performance based (commission plus incentives). This means you are responsible for managing your own Tax and National Insurance, allowing for tax benefits.
Pay: £435.00-£625.00 per week
