About the Role:
Bangor is a practical and well connected business location, and at BrainSpark Digital Services, we bring that same organised approach to digital operations and client support. We help businesses keep their digital workflows, customer updates, project records, and internal processes running smoothly.
We are looking for a Digital Operations Coordinator who can support daily digital service delivery and help keep communication clear between clients, internal teams, and management. You are not just updating spreadsheets or sending emails; you are helping make sure tasks are tracked, deadlines are followed, and client requests are handled properly.
You will work closely with project, support, marketing, and operations teams to make sure information is accurate, priorities are clear, and day to day work moves forward without unnecessary delays.
Why Work With Us?
The Environment: Our Bangor office offers a focused and supportive workplace where clear communication, reliability, and teamwork matter every day.
Digital Workflow: We value organised systems, accurate records, and practical coordination that helps projects and client work stay on track.
Client Focus: We support businesses that rely on timely updates, responsive service, and smooth digital processes. Your work will help maintain a professional and dependable client experience.
Growth: This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a stable career in digital operations, project coordination, client support, or business technology services.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Operations Support: Coordinate daily digital tasks, client requests, project updates, and internal follow ups to help work progress on schedule.
Client Communication: Respond to client emails, clarify requests, share updates, and make sure the right information reaches the right team members.
Task Tracking: Maintain project trackers, update spreadsheets, monitor deadlines, and follow up on pending items with internal teams.
Process Coordination: Support basic workflow improvements, documentation updates, and handover notes to help keep operations consistent.
Reporting: Prepare simple status updates, activity summaries, and operational reports for supervisors or management.
Team Support: Work with digital support, marketing, project, and admin teams to resolve small issues, organise priorities, and keep communication clear.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in digital operations, administration, project coordination, client support, marketing support, or office coordination is preferred.
Organisation: You can manage multiple tasks, update records accurately, and follow processes carefully.
Communication Skills: You can write clear emails, explain updates professionally, and coordinate with clients and colleagues.
Attention to Detail: You notice missing information, deadline risks, and small errors before they become bigger problems.
Tooling: You are comfortable using email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project trackers, and basic digital tools.
Mindset: You are dependable, practical, and calm under pressure. You know how to prioritise tasks, follow up properly, and keep digital operations moving.
Pay: £2,250.00-£2,650.00 per month
Work Location: In person
