Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders and serve guests efficiently
- Set up, clear, and maintain tables and service areas
- Assist with restaurant, bar, and event service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Promote menu items and enhance the guest experience
- Follow cash handling, food safety, and health & safety procedures
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work well within a team
- Professional appearance and approach
Pay: £12.77 per hour
